Course description
Overview: Students will learn the basics of how to navigate the Internet by using Netscape Communicator. They will also use electronic email, mailing lists, and discussion groups.
Prerequisites: Windows 95: Orientation or equivalent knowledge.

evaluate learning. Upon successful completion of this course, students will
be able to:
* Become familiar with the basic functions of the Internet and Netscape Communicator.
* Search for information on the Internet and the World Wide Web.

* Master the basics of communicating with others on the Internet by using electronic mail.
* Communicate with others on the Internet by using mailing lists and discussion groups.
