Course Description
Overview:   Students will learn additional Outlook features such as import data, mail merge, Instant Messenger, newsgroup, Journal, how to configure and secure Outlook, use the Internet with Outlook, work offline or remotely, and create custom forms.
Prerequisites:  Outlook 2002: Level 2 or equivalent knowledge.
