Course Description:
This seminar will offer an overview of proven project management tools, techniques
and procedures that should be utilized in managing projects. It is designed
to offer resources an in depth analysis of their role in contributing to and
benefiting from the planning, reviewing, and controlling of projects in their
organization.
This seminar is designed for project resources, team members and support staff
who are assigned to project tasks while working in a dynamic and changing environment.
